Positional Release and Stretching
This class provides the student with the ability to locate, evaluate, and treat tender points in the muscles using body positions of comfort to resolve pain or dysfunction. Students will also come to understand Upper and Lower Crossed Syndrome and practice stretching specific muscles. Its ultimate goal is to correct imbalances in the musculoskeletal system to improve health and function.

Palpation and Detecting Trigger Points - 12 State CEUs
This class provides the valuable knowledge of assessing and palpating of trigger points. This approach is identifies the structure with TrP activity and provide the ability for you to integrate into familiar routine. This class covers the perpetuating factors with muscles of the upper and lower body. Some is a repeat of the chair but repetition is good learning.
