General Information

Appointment Information
In order to maximize your visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you for the full length of your allotted time, schedule permitting. Otherwise, we regret your treatment will still have to end on time, so as not to delay the next guest. Appointments cut short, due to late arrival, are payable in full. On Your First Visit
You will be asked to fill out a brief intake form containing general information, allowing us to provide you with the safest, most appropriate treatments. All information you provide is confidential.

As a wellness center, a detailed assessment, along with specific suggestions and recommendations for your care, may also be provided by us, during your initial or subsequent visits, to optimize your results and benefit of treatments.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Making an appointment with one of our professionals allows us to reserve time and space for your exclusive care. Insurance clients will be charged a 50% fee for no show.

Gift Certificate
There will be NO refunds on gift card purchases. If you are unable to use the gift card, you can transfer it to someone else. Gift cards can only be redeemed with the actual card. You cannot use the activation slip to redeem the gift card.  Gift cards can only be redeemed with gift card and there are no exceptions.

For Your Consideration
Please secure your personal belongings prior to, and after, your treatment. Whenever possible, please leave jewelry or other valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for personal items left behind.

Gratuities
Although wholly discretionary, gratuities are a nice way to say "thank you" for the type of personalized, unique attention offered by our professionals. Medical treatments generally excluded, a customary gratuity ranges from 15-20%, but if for some reason you were not happy with services received, we ask and count on your honest feedback so that we may make corrections or improvements on your behalf and for all our valued clients.

Product Purchases
A credit will be issued for unused, unopened products returned within 30 days as long as they are unopened and with the original sales receipt.  Any products returned after 30 days will be refunded with a gift card that can be used toward either massage services or product purchases. After 90 days, products cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  Damaged merchandise can be returned for replacement with the same item or credit.

SUGGESTED TRAVEL DIRECTIONS TO DEEP MUSCLE THERAPY CENTER

from Kirkwood Highway: come up into Pike Creek Valley, Goldey Beacom, will be on the right and the Pike Creek Shopping center will be on the left.  Stay in the right lane.  Go through the light just past Goldey Beacom which is Stoney Batter Road, pass 3 office buildings and we're the third building on the right. Look for our numbers 5317 on the building and visible from Limestone Road. 

from I-95 South: Take Churchman's Road exit to Route 7 North.  Stay in left lane because Rt 7 turns either straight or left.  You'll be staying left. Follow Route 7 North (turns left just past Delaware Park), cross over Route 2 (Kirkwood Hwy) and follow above directions from Kirkwood Hwy.

from Route 7 (PA): Take Route 7 south from Route 41 heading towards DE line, go through 6 lights and after the sixth light at the Shops of Limestone Center make the first left off of Limestone Road then an immediate left into our office parking lot

from I-95 North (Baltimore, Washington): Take the Route 7 North Exit (just pass Christian Mall exit).  Follow Route 7 north for 6.5 miles. See above for landmarks.
