Clinical Trigger Point Massage Clinical Trigger Point Massage is a bodywork technique that involves the applying of pressure to the area of maximum tenderness in the muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. With this work, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy are performed together. The pain caused by trigger points may be the biggest cause of disability today. Active trigger points cause muscular pain and will refer pain and tenderness to another area of the body when pressure is applied. Latent trigger points only exhibit pain when compressed and do not refer pain to other areas of the body. Latent trigger points are believed to be one of the causes of stiff joints and restricted range of motion of old age. With trigger point therapy pain can be eliminated and after treatments, the swelling and stiffness due to pain is reduced, range of motion is increased, tension is relieved, and circulation, flexibility and coordination are improved. 30 Minute Treatment - $48 60 Minute Treatment - $85 90 Minute Treatment - $125 Click here for more information on Clinical Trigger Point Massage

Reflexology Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to points on the feet and hands to stimulate the body's own healing power. The term "reflexology" comes from the fact that parts of body are reflected on the feet and hands. A reflex action occurs in a muscle or organ when it is activated by pressure points. Working with the "reflex zones" of the feet and hands; the practitioner's treatment can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes and indirectly work the whole body. Through systematic pressure on these zones, healing effects can be triggered throughout your entire body. Reflexology is a natural way of stimulating the internal organs, increasing circulation and restoring healthy function. Reflexology is superbly relaxing yet very therapeutic and recommended for all. 60 Minute Treatment - $70 - with Aromatherapy - Add $10
Ear Candling Ear Candling is an ancient form of ear wax removal called "ear coning" practiced by ancients over 3,000 years ago. It is used to soothe the ears and relieve pain and itching from infections and extract wax as drying fluid builds up in the ear canal. Ear candling uses disposable hollow candles made from unbleached cotton dipped in paraffin or beeswax. The burning candle creates a gentle, flow of warmth and smoke. The smoke flows into the ear, drying the canal, softening ear wax, soothing pain and discomfort. The process is completely non-invasive. As the candle burns the ash is removed cutting the wick. The whole process takes approximately 20 minutes per candle. Ear candling helps with swimmer's ear, ear infections, sinus trouble, hearing impairment due to impacted earwax and reduces infection in the sinus area. 2 Candle Treatment - $30 4 Candle Treatment - $50
